This set of four bar stools from 1960s Belgium is crafted from solid wood with a warm, honey-brown tone and a matte finish that accentuates the natural grain. Each seat is upholstered in a thick, olive-green velour fabric, notable for its soft, plush texture and gentle vintage patina. The backrest of each stool is composed of three petal-shaped panels: the outer panels are painted in subtle shades of white or pale pink, while the central panel displays the natural wood, introducing multicolor accents. Visible metal screws and robust, angular wooden legs emphasize the utilitarian, handcrafted character of the design. At the base, a heavy, dark steel ring serves as a footrest and adds both visual and structural weight. The open joints and traces of manual workmanship highlight the authenticity of the construction.
