This set of four chairs, designed by Magnus Olesen in Denmark in the late 1970s, exemplifies mature Danish modernism, where functionality meets the subtle expression of materials. The construction features heat-bent beech plywood in a light, honey-toned matte finish. The visible wood grain enhances the organic quality of the frame, while precise, integrated joints with no visible hardware reflect a high level of craftsmanship. The seat and backrest are upholstered in natural, light grey wool with narrow white stripes, lending a soft, matte surface and a gentle visual rhythm.
