This set of four Model 77 chairs was designed by Niels O. Møller and produced by J.L. Møllers Møbelfabrik in Denmark in the 1950s. The chairs feature teak wood frames in a warm, honey-brown tone with a subtle satin finish that accentuates the natural grain and gentle color transitions of the wood. The hand-woven seats, crafted from light beige cord, display a tight and even weave with a distinctive tactile texture. The design is distinguished by organic, gentle lines, slender tapered legs, and ergonomically contoured backrests with a broad, sculpted top rail that subtly curves backward. The joinery is precise and invisible, with no exposed screws or fittings, highlighting the craftsmanship of the era. The set is in excellent restored condition—wooden surfaces are smooth and well-maintained, and the cord seats show no signs of wear or stretching.
