ABOUT PRODUCTID 23840
This set of four tall crystal wine goblets, crafted in the 1920s–1930s by the renowned German glassworks Nachtmann, embodies the classic design language of the Art Deco era. Each goblet features a distinct, vibrant color—amber yellow, amethyst purple, emerald green, and cobalt blue—with the upper part of the bowl richly hued and seamlessly transitioning into clear crystal at the base. The entire surface of the bowls is adorned with geometric cut patterns—starbursts, ovals, and linear motifs—that enhance the play of light and color. The elongated, faceted stems and round, clear bases give the goblets harmonious proportions and stability. One goblet retains its original pre-war Nachtmann label, attesting to its authenticity. The set is preserved in very good condition: the crystal is smooth, glossy, and free from signs of wear, damage, or restoration. These goblets evoke the refined mood of interwar salons, where lamplight danced across crystalline surfaces and the geometric order of Art Deco brought sophistication to everyday rituals. Each color seems to narrate its own story: the deep green and cobalt recall intimate evening conversations, while amber and purple suggest elegant gatherings heightened by a bold palette. The elongated forms and polished crystal invite celebration—a testament to decades gone by, yet still ready for new occasions
