ABOUT PRODUCTID 36147
This set of six wine goblets, crafted by the Silesian Fritz Heckert manufactory in Petersdorf (now Piechowice), exemplifies the artistry of late 19th and early 20th-century glassmaking. Each goblet is made from transparent glass with a warm, golden-amber hue and finished with a striking mirror-like sheen, achieved through expert gilding techniques. The design features a harmonious silhouette with a richly ribbed, baluster-shaped stem composed of rounded, stacked rings—serving both decorative and ergonomic purposes. The wide, rounded bowl transitions smoothly into the ornate stem and rests on a stable, broad foot, reflecting the historicist style with Baroque revival influences. The surface of the glass is smooth and glossy, and subtle variations in color intensity are visible due to the thickness of the glass. The set has been preserved in very good condition, with the glass free from chips or losses, and the gilding displaying noble traces
