This vintage Romanian set from the 1970s comprises a two- or three-seater sofa and an armchair, designed in the mid-century modern style. The upholstery is crafted from boucle fabric in a warm, light beige shade with a matte finish, featuring a pronounced, looped texture. Both the seats and backrests have been entirely replaced and filled with high-resilience foam, ensuring supportive comfort. The frame and legs are made of light oak, showcasing the natural wood grain with a semi-matte finish. The design is based on simple, geometric lines with gently rounded edges and angular yet comfortable armrests. The proportions are harmonious: the sofa measures 140 cm in length, 83 cm in depth, and 87 cm in height; the armchair is 64 cm wide, 83 cm deep, and also 87 cm high. The wood joints are visible and meticulously crafted, with no exposed hardware, emphasizing the artisanal character of the set.
