ABOUT PRODUCTID 39550
This set of three square ashtrays with a decorative stand exemplifies Art Deco craftsmanship from the 1930s, clearly informed by the Arts & Crafts movement. Each ashtray is slightly recessed and features a practical cigarette rest, and the entire set can be stacked in a specially designed holder. The color palette is a mottled greenish-blue patina, with transitions from turquoise to deep green and brownish-black, highlighted by warm matte gold accents on the edges, as well as on the geometric medallion and arched handle of the stand. The metal surface, likely a copper alloy, is visibly textured and slightly rough, enhancing the sense of authenticity. The form is geometric and well-balanced, with a solid construction characteristic of early 20th-century decorative objects. The price refers to the complete set of four elements: three ashtrays and the stand.Within this composition, the spirit of a transformative era is palpable: geometric lines, expressive patina, and gold accents conjure the ambiance of 1930s salons, where craftsmanship met ornamentation. The set seems to whisper stories of evening conversations over coffee, of smoke gently curling above the metal, of hands carefully resting a cigarette on the gilded shelf. Each layer of patina tells of time’s passage, while the gold details glimmer like echoes of a bygone golden age.The set could serve as a functional accessory in a refined study or living room, or
