This set of three Mid-Century Modern wall sconces from the 1950s and 1960s features a harmonious blend of warm-toned wood, satin-finished brass, and matte, frosted white glass. The wooden bases display a rich brown shade with a subtle satin sheen, while the brass arms and collars are gently polished for an understated, refined look. The organically shaped, elongated glass shades, adorned with delicate etched patterns, lend a dynamic, fluid silhouette to the ensemble. Visible brass screws, integrated pull-cord switches with wooden ends, and precise wood-to-metal joinery highlight the craftsmanship of the era. The sconces are in very good condition, showing only minor scuffs on the glass and a light patina on the brass, both typical of their age and authentic character. The set is sold as a complete lot of three pieces.These sconces carry the voice of the postwar modernist era—a time when the warmth of wood and the gentle gleam of metal softened daily life.
