The shelving unit by Hundevad & Co., produced in Denmark in the 1970s, is a quintessential example of Scandinavian minimalism and mid-century modern design. The body, crafted from rosewood veneer in a deep, warm brown, highlights the natural, vertical wood grain, while the semi-gloss finish softly reflects light and reveals the wood’s texture.
