This side table with integrated magazine rack, produced in Germany in the 1980s, exemplifies late modernist design with echoes of Art Deco revival. The construction is based on two large, semicircular gold-plated steel arches that form both the sides and base. The polished, reflective frame features a fluid line and geometric discipline, complemented by a square smoked glass top (approx. 35×35 cm) in a subtle brown-grey hue with a smooth, glossy surface. Below the tabletop, the magazine rack consists of parallel gold-plated rods, lending the piece a sense of lightness and transparency. The proportions (height 61 cm, width 38 cm, depth 49 cm) offer compact functionality. Precise welds, neatly finished edges, and a harmonious rhythm define the craftsmanship.
