This rosewood sideboard, designed by Kai Winding in Denmark during the 1970s, is built on a refined wooden plinth and finished with a richly grained rosewood veneer in a deep, warm brown. The surface displays striking, decorative wood grain patterns, lending visual rhythm to the geometric form. The front features two large cabinet doors on the left and five spacious drawers on the right, each drawer with a rectangular recessed pull and a subtle framed border around the doors. Inside are two height-adjustable shelves, and the whole piece locks with a key, complemented by discreet brass fittings. The semi-matte finish gently reflects light, highlighting the balanced silhouette characteristic of Scandinavian modernism. The sideboard is preserved in very good condition, showing only minor traces of use and a refreshed surface.
