This mid-century modern sideboard from the 1950s, produced in Germany, features a veneered wood construction in a warm, medium walnut brown with a semi-gloss finish accentuating the wood grain. The design is defined by gently rounded corners and a geometric, symmetrical profile, with a subtle Art Deco influence. The central section features a striking black panel (glass or lacquered board) adorned with a gold grid, accompanied by a glass display case below with clear doors and elegant gold crosshatch detailing. Other compartments have doors with signature half-circle gold handles, while pale metal lines frame the vertical edges of the unit.
