The SONAR MIRROR inox screen by Zieta Studio is a sculptural, functional object made of polished stainless steel. It consists of three tall, narrow panels connected seamlessly, without visible handles or hinges. The mirror-like surfaces, rendered in a cool silver tone, reflect both light and their surroundings, while the gently inflated, undulating form of each panel softens the geometric outline. Small, rounded feet at the base ensure stability for the entire structure. The screen measures 182 cm in height, 215 cm in width, and 10 cm in depth, with a total weight of 50 kg. SONAR MIRROR occupies the intersection of design and functional art – its smooth surface generates dynamic visual narratives, shifting with the movement of light and perspective of the viewer. The rhythm of the three panels evokes a tranquil wave, while the distorted reflections introduce an element of visual play.
