Designed by Kai Winding and Poul Hundevad for Hundevad & Co. in the 1960s, this table exemplifies the clarity and refinement of Danish mid-century modern aesthetics. The rectangular top is finished with natural rosewood veneer, showcasing a pronounced, organic wood grain in a deep, warm brown. The legs, crafted from solid rosewood, are slim and gently tapered, set at the very corners to maximize legroom. The minimalist silhouette is softened by subtly rounded edges and discreet underframe supports that lend structural solidity. The table can be extended with two included leaves—each 49 cm wide—bringing the total length to 238 cm. Craftsmanship is evident in seamless joints and the absence of visible hardware.
