This Art Nouveau table gong, produced by Metallwaren-Fabrik Arthur Krupp from Berndorf in the early 20th century, exemplifies the decorative craftsmanship of the era. The construction is based on flowing, asymmetrical lines typical of Art Nouveau—the frame, crafted from brass and silver-plated, features gently organic, undulating curves with a cool, subtly matte silvery surface. The gong disc displays a distinct, radiating hammered pattern that suggests dynamic, almost plant-like texture.
