This brass Art Deco style desk lamp, produced by the Italian manufacturer Selva in the late 1970s or early 1980s, exemplifies meticulous metalwork and balanced design. The hemispherical dome shade rests on a cylindrical stem and a flat, round base measuring 16 cm in diameter. Its stepped socket housing references the geometric motifs of Art Deco and late Bauhaus. The lamp features a classic inline switch and an E27 socket for ease of use.
