ABOUT PRODUCTID 37653
This Art Deco-inspired table lamp, produced by Ohlrich in Denmark in the 1960s, features a sculptural white ceramic base depicting a stylized deer standing on an oval, textured plinth. The glossy, smooth ceramic surface is accented by subtle hand-painted details, emphasizing the organic motif. A slender stem rises from the base, finished with a brass ring that displays a gentle patina, highlighting the lamp’s vintage character. The pleated lampshade, crafted from cream-colored plastic with a matte finish, diffuses light softly and its generously conical proportions balance the decorative composition. The lamp retains its original cord with inline switch and is fitted for an E27 bulb. It is preserved in very good vintage condition, with only slight patina on the brass and minimal wear on the shade, free from visible chips or cracks, and remains in its original, refreshed state. This lamp evokes the spirit of 1960s Scandinavian modernism, where organic forms met functional elegance. The noble white of the ceramic and the poised silhouette of the deer feel like a still from a woodland narrative, quietly woven into everyday life. The brass accent, touched by time, adds a discreet sense of history, while the warm, diffused light casts a gentle atmosphere—suggesting the lamp was designed
