The blue gummy bear table lamp is a distinctive example of postmodern German design from the 1990s. Its body is molded from uniformly colored plastic with a matte, satin-finished surface that gently diffuses light. The simplified, slightly chubby silhouette is reminiscent of a classic, childlike gummy bear: softly modeled muzzle, rounded paws, and gentle ears. Noticeable features such as the visible side seams from the molding process and a black power cord with a European plug complete the authentic period impression, without superfluous ornamentation.
