This table lamp, produced by Val St Lambert in Belgium in the 1960s, features a hand-shaped, cone-like base crafted from thick, colored crystal glass in a deep maroon hue. Encased within the glass are large, rounded air bubbles, giving the lamp a distinctive, three-dimensional decorative effect. The glass surface is highly polished, with a brass-finished metal fitting at the top, and is paired with a classic conical lampshade made from smooth, off-white (ecru) textile. The shade’s matte, even texture harmonizes with the compact, geometric base (10×10 cm, height of 20 cm without shade), while the shade itself is proportionally larger (15 cm diameter, 20 cm height), creating a balanced silhouette.
