This table lamp, designed by Stephan Tabera and produced by OPP Jihlava in Czechoslovakia during the 1970s, is constructed entirely from profiled, layered glass. The form is striking: a fluid, hourglass-like silhouette composed of organic, rounded lines without unnecessary ornamentation—a visual language rooted in the mid-century modern and space-age tendencies of its time. The surface displays a deep, saturated color gradient: from intense, rich red at the base flowing into a vibrant orange and ending in a discreet yellow accent at the rim. High gloss and a mirror-like, uninterrupted finish testify to the skill of glassblowers. The lamp features a white cord with plastic inline switch and standard E27 socket. Width 26 cm, height 35 cm. Preserved in very good vintage condition, with no visible damage, scratches, or chips, and fully operational.
