ABOUT PRODUCTID 1973
This porcelain lamp in the shape of an owl was produced in the 1920s–30s by the German manufacturer Porzellanfabrik Koenigszelt. The body is crafted from white porcelain with a glossy glaze, hand-painted in warm brown tones with subtle shading that realistically evokes the bird’s plumage. The face and chest are highlighted with white and cream, while the beak and talons are painted in muted yellowish-brown. The eyes, made of dark glass and surrounded by black and white painted details, become expressive when illuminated. The owl sits atop a geometric, stepped white porcelain base with a high-gloss finish. The visible cord, covered in black-and-white zigzag textile, enhances the vintage character. This lamp also serves as an aromatherapy device: a reservoir at the top is designed for scented oil, which diffuses fragrance when warmed by the bulb. The style is natural
