The PH 4/3 table lamp, designed by Poul Henningsen and produced by the Danish manufacturer Louis Poulsen in the 1970s, stands as an icon of Scandinavian modernism. Its construction features a three-shade system in warm, matte white metal: a broad, gently curved main shade and two precisely spaced smaller ones below, effectively diffusing light both downward and sideways without glare.
