This table lamp, designed by Apolinary Gałecki and produced in Warsaw in the 1960s, is a notable example of Polish Pop Art and modernist design. Its geometric silhouette is defined by a black lacquered steel base shaped into a sharp Z, finished with a glossy sheen. Three cream-colored plastic cable guides accent the base, serving both functional and decorative purposes, and highlighting the lamp’s utilitarian roots. The conical shade is rendered in a cool, pastel blue with a glossy finish, creating a vivid contrast against the black base. The shade is attached with a chrome ring that allows for angle adjustment. The lamp is crafted primarily from lacquered steel and plastic, with smooth, reflective surfaces. Height is adjustable between 18 and 26 cm, width 12 cm, length 23 cm.
