The Hoffmeister Leuchten table lamp is an example of German design from the 1970s, firmly rooted in the space age aesthetic. Its construction centers on a spherical glass shade with a mirrored, subtly smoky finish that catches light and reflections, creating a metallic-grey surface with delicate golden undertones visible in certain lighting. The base and central stem are crafted from polished chrome metal, also highly reflective, echoing the globe's sheen. The composition is completed by visible metal fittings and a white power cord with an inline switch. The lamp’s proportions—24 cm in diameter and 27 cm in height—emphasize its modern, geometric character. Designed for E27 bulbs, the lamp comes with an LED bulb included. Condition: vintage, with visible signs of use—minor coating damage to the shade and a small chip near the base (invisible when assembled), as well as light surface scratches on the base.
