The 'Tahiti' table lamp, designed by Jean-Paul Emonds-Alt for the Belgian branch of Philips in the 1960s, is defined by its harmonious, sculptural form: a gently rounded, bulbous upper section flowing seamlessly into a slender, cylindrical base. Crafted entirely from layered soda-lime glass (incamiciato technique), its surface is flawlessly smooth and finished in a high-gloss sheen.
