This vintage table lighter from the 1970s, produced in Germany by MTC, embodies the refined spirit of Art Deco in a distinctly vintage interpretation. Its robust, geometric silhouette is constructed around a rectangular base with softly rounded corners. The body is finished in highly polished chrome, offering a cool, reflective surface that catches the light. The central decorative panel features a checkerboard mosaic of alternating mother-of-pearl tiles—with iridescent shades of brown, green, and pink—and matte, cream-colored tiles with a warm undertone. The sides are adorned with horizontal ribbed chrome detailing, while the top section houses a classic flint wheel mechanism with visible screws. Every element is precisely integrated, the mosaic is set with careful attention to detail, and the piece is preserved in excellent condition—free from visible wear, dents, or tarnish.
