The TAFLA O aurum mirror by Zieta Studio is a sculptural wall object crafted from lacquered stainless steel using the studio’s proprietary FiDU technology. The O1 model measures 225 cm in height, 100 cm in width, and 6 cm in depth, with a weight of 22.5 kg. Its organic, asymmetrical outline resembles a droplet, defined by softly undulating, irregular edges. The highly polished, mirror-like surface has a luminous light gold (aurum) tone. Signature deformations along the perimeter are created by inflating metal sheets, giving each piece a unique, gently contoured profile. There are no visible fastenings, resulting in a seamless, minimalist monolith that serves both functional and decorative roles.
