This Art Nouveau tea caddy was produced by the Poschinger glassworks in Germany between 1905 and 1915. The body is crafted from frosted, colorless glass with a satin, softly diffused finish. Its surface is adorned with dynamic, hand-applied pink glass veining that flows irregularly around the entire cylindrical form, embodying the organic movement characteristic of the Art Nouveau period. The lid is made of white (nickel-plated) brass, gently domed with a smooth surface and a subtle, embossed decorative border typical for the era. The proportions are harmonious: a softly rounded shoulder leads to a straight, vertical profile, with an overall height of 17 cm and a diameter of 10.5 cm.
