The FK 6720 two-seater sofa, designed by Fabricius & Kastholm for Kill International in the late 1960s and early 1970s, epitomizes Scandinavian modernism through the lens of German craftsmanship. Its minimalist, geometric silhouette is built on a chromed steel frame with a cool, reflective sheen, featuring precisely visible bolts and sharply defined lines. The upholstery, crafted from warm medium-brown genuine leather, covers both seat and backrest; the cushions have been renewed in keeping with the original color and character, while the leather panels display a natural patina and subtle signs of use that affirm the piece’s authenticity. The armrests are wrapped in woven wicker, introducing a tactile and organic contrast to the otherwise sleek composition. Four straight, slightly splayed legs lend an architectural lightness and stability to the sofa. The piece remains in very good condition, retaining its original structural elements and newly refreshed cushions in line with the designers' intent. This sofa echoes the voice of an era that championed clarity of form and the integrity of materials.
