This ceramic vase from the 1970s, designed by Izabela Zdrzałka for SPiLA Bolesławiec, reflects Central European modernism by fusing geometric decoration with an organic, sculptural body. The globular shape, gently undulating from the base, features a slightly flared neck and a narrow mouth, resulting in a harmonious, balanced silhouette. A deep, glossy brown glaze forms the main color, subtly transitioning into ochre and orange tints with irregular gradation reminiscent of iridescent oil stains. The decoration is enhanced by white, almost foamy segments that create lace-like borderlines, evoking the appearance of starfish or abstract stylized flowers. A high-gloss finish gives the vase a mirrored, light-reflecting appearance. The surface is entirely intact, without chips, crazing, or traces of restoration; the glaze is smooth and complete throughout. Overall, the vase is in original, very good condition.
