This large Fat Lava ceramic vase, produced in Germany in the 1970s, captivates with its expressive, organic silhouette. The vessel features a robust, rounded body, pronounced neck, wide flared mouth, and a single, sturdy handle seamlessly integrated into the form. The dominant shade is a vivid, saturated orange with warm undertones, enveloping the upper section and the handle; near the shoulder, the color transitions gradually into yellow, creating a glowing, radiant effect. The lower part of the vase is finished in a deep chocolate brown, with the transition between colors marked by an irregular, 'dripping' edge typical of Fat Lava glazes.
