This vase from the Mstišov glassworks in Nový Bor is a striking example of Czechoslovakian art glass from the 1960s. Hand-formed from multicolored glass, it features a dynamic, organic silhouette accentuated by pronounced vertical ribs running the full height of the vessel. The color gradient transitions smoothly from a deep, cool blue at the top through a subtle yellowish tone in the middle to a vivid, fresh green at the base. Five sculptural, irregular peaks crown the rim, while the slightly faceted base ensures stability. The glass is highly transparent with a glossy finish, enhancing the interplay of color and light. The original manufacturer’s sticker is preserved on the front, confirming the vase’s authenticity. There are no visible signs of wear, chips, or cracks – the condition is excellent.
