This vase from Ćmielów, produced in 1957, encapsulates the essence of Polish New Look and 1950s modernism. Created at the renowned Ćmielów Porcelain Factory, an icon of Polish industrial design, the piece captivates with its tall, slender silhouette and dynamically tapering profile. Its most distinctive feature is the oval opening at the base, which visually lightens the porcelain and lends the form an architectural sense of airiness. The underside bears the original factory mark and form and decoration numbers.
