The 'Pień' vase is a design by Danuta Duszniak from 1960, produced by the Chodzież Porcelain and Porcelain Factory. Made of spray-painted porcelain, the vase stands out with its intense, warm yellow hue, accentuated by a glossy finish. The surface is adorned with irregular, vertical black lines evocative of tree bark or flowing resin, clearly referencing its 'trunk' namesake. Its sculptural, asymmetrical form—featuring two upward-reaching arms and a large, circular negative space at the center—gives the piece a modern, biomorphic character.
