This crystal vase, designed by Lukas Jaburek for the Czech glassworks Moser in 2013, is crafted from uranium glass in a vivid neon yellow-green shade. The vase features a compact, sculptural form: a wide, stable base transitions smoothly into a slightly narrower opening, while sharply cut, multifaceted surfaces reflect light and create dynamic patterns across the glass. There are no additional patterns or decorations—its impact lies in the purity of the material, the precision of the cuts, and the intensity of the color. The substantial uranium glass is notable for its luminescence under UV light, and the surface is highly polished, smooth, and transparent.
