The Frame Slim Brut L wall light, designed by Violaine d'Harcourt, is a new interpretation of the Frames collection, exploring more slender and elongated proportions. The construction relies on a contrast between cool, matte brushed steel and a softly textured, off-white paper diffuser. The slim, rectangular silhouette features crisp lines, precisely finished edges, and a pronounced vertical orientation, lending the fixture a strong architectural presence. The paper diffuser is gently curved, introducing an organic element within the strict linear frame. The structure reveals no visible fasteners, highlighting meticulous craftsmanship. Each piece is handcrafted in Lisbon, emphasizing material quality and refined execution. The form communicates restraint and modernity, perfectly aligned with the language of minimalist architecture. The subtle sheen of metal and the soft glow of paper create a dialogue between coolness and warmth, line and surface. The light reads like an architectural sketch—economical, yet full of tension, allowing light to become a contemporary commentary on material interplay. Frame Slim Brut L favors quiet over excess, letting detail, proportion, and illumination take center stage. This wall light will work well as a vertical accent in contemporary living rooms, hallways, or workspaces. It can be paired with furniture featuring clean lines—low consoles, open shelves, or tables made of natural wood or glass. It is worth combining with neutral-colored textiles and matte finishes, as well as other lighting fixtures with metallic elements. In interiors dominated by white, gray, or black, the fixture accentuates the subtlety of light, while in spaces with pale wood it highlights a sense of contemporary restraint.
