ABOUT PRODUCTID 252
This German wall sconce from the 1970s, produced by the 'PAN' Keramik workshop, stands out with its hexagonal, modular form and pronounced glazed texture. The main material is ceramic, finished in a warm, medium brown glaze forming concentric, undulating rings that lend depth and visual dynamism to the surface. The outer edge features a light gray, nearly white glaze, accented by a speckled, bubbled effect that highlights the artisanal quality of the piece. Color transitions are natural and irregular, while the central chrome-plated E27 bulb holder introduces a reflective, modern accent that contrasts with the earthy ceramic. Designed in the spirit of mid-century modern with strong references to brutalism and industrial aesthetics, the sconce displays geometric contours, raw form, and tactile surface. The construction is robust, with precisely molded ceramic and a securely mounted metal element. Condition is very good – no visible damage, chips, or signs
