ABOUT PRODUCTID 5731
This two-arm wall sconce, designed by Carl Fagerlund for the Swedish manufacturer Orrefors in the 1960s, is a hallmark of Scandinavian modernism, where expressive materials and geometric forms shape a functional yet decorative object. The body is crafted from highly polished brass in a warm, golden tone, with cylindrical arms adorned by a subtle relief that is echoed in the design of the glass shades. The shades themselves are made of thick, transparent structured glass with a pronounced ice-like texture, reminiscent of frozen crystals—an element that diffuses the light and creates a striking visual contrast with the warmth of the brass. The lamp’s structure is harmonious, with the arms symmetrically extending from the central tube and precise material junctions. It accommodates two E27 bulbs, and the switch is integrated into the body. The electrical system is fully operational. Dimensions: height approximately 25 cm, width 33.5 cm, depth 20
