ABOUT PRODUCTID 30268
This modular Danish wall unit from the 1960s, designed by Poul Cadovius, exemplifies the essence of Scandinavian mid-century modernism. The structure is built around three vertical supports finished in warm, medium-brown teak veneer with a subtle reddish hue. The system includes eight adjustable shelves, two cabinets, and a central section with two drawers. The left cabinet door features a decorative woven teak veneer pattern, while the right cabinet presents a plain, flat front with round recessed handles. The drawers are minimalist, each fitted with small, round wooden pulls. Brass or brass-colored metal brackets support the shelves, adding a discreet metallic accent. The proportions are balanced, and the matte to satin finish brings out the natural wood grain. Condition: the surface has been refreshed, with minor scratches, small dents, and filled veneer losses visible; there is no significant damage or repair – the piece is ready for use and retains its original period character. The teak structure echoes the spirit of 1960s Denmark, when functionality met the understated
