This early 20th-century water carafe, produced by the renowned French manufacturer Baccarat, exemplifies the craftsmanship and refined artistry of the Belle Époque and Art Nouveau eras. The set comprises a finely cut crystal carafe and a matching glass, which serves as a lid. The body is adorned with precise diamond and vertical cuts, dispersing light into a dynamic interplay of reflections. The upper section features a substantial 950 silver mount, hallmarked with the French Minerva's head—its frieze of raised vegetal and scroll motifs seamlessly unites the lustrous metal with the faceted crystal.
