ABOUT PRODUCTID 1527
This tall wine decanter from late 19th-century France is crafted from high-clarity crystal glass, complemented by a silver mount at the neck, hallmarked with the French Minerva head. The elongated, slender silhouette with a pear-shaped body and long, narrow neck reflects the Belle Époque style with late Victorian influences. Both the decanter and its stopper are adorned with intricate cut patterns: geometric motifs, rosettes, and cross-hatch designs, which provide a distinctive tactile texture. The silver collar wraps the upper neck in a wide, fluid funnel, and the faceted crystal stopper echoes the decorative language of the vessel. The base terminates in a circular foot with a starburst cut. Transitions between glass and silver are smooth and precisely finished. The decanter is in very good antique condition, showing no visible chips, cracks, or major signs of wear;
