ABOUT PRODUCTID 1881
This Art Nouveau wine jug, produced by J. P. Kayser Sohn in Krefeld between 1901 and 1902 and attributed to Hugo Leven, exemplifies the refined craftsmanship of the early 20th century. The handle and lid evoke the sculptural gestures of an era when utility and decoration merged in organic unity. The jug seems to narrate a time when form and function met in harmonious, nature-inspired design. The jug may be displayed on a sideboard or console in the living room, where the interplay of glass and pewter pairs well with wood or dark stone. Combined with an Art Nouveau centerpiece, period porcelain, or a geometric candleholder, it will highlight a
