APOLLO 59 is a pendant lamp designed by Broberg & Ridderstråle in 2018, composed of two conical aluminum forms. The body, measuring 12.5 cm in diameter and 59 cm in height, features a matte, vivid orange finish. The lower section is a satin-brushed aluminum cone, providing a contrast to the main form. The lamp is suspended from a 3-meter-long cord with a PVC ceiling rose. Its surface is smooth and seamless, with no visible joints or screws, emphasizing the clarity of its geometry and the precision of its construction. The design exemplifies Scandinavian minimalism—geometric construction and elongated proportions merge with functional, directional lighting.
