This set of fourteen vintage glass Christmas ornaments from 1960s Czechoslovakia exemplifies mid-century Eastern European glassmaking traditions. The set contains nine spherical ball ornaments and five bell-shaped pieces, each crafted from thin, mouth-blown glass with highly reflective, silvered surfaces. Every ornament is fitted with a small metal cap and wire loop for hanging. The main chromatic accent is lustrous silver, complemented by bold bands and geometric motifs hand-painted in red, pink, blue, green, and white. Balls feature concentric circles and classic striping, while bells display alternating lines and vibrant color blocks. Smooth and glossy to the touch, these surfaces recall traditional 'mercury glass' finishes. The ornaments are preserved in their original, divided cardboard box—simple and unadorned, bearing visible signs of age but perfectly functional. The set shows light, age-related patina, such as minor scratches, paint losses, and some clouding—typical traces of vintage décor.
