The Alky lounge chair, designed by Giancarlo Piretti for Anonima Castelli in 1969, exemplifies fully upholstered seating systems defined by organic, flowing lines. This version, upholstered in creamy boucle fabric, draws attention with its pronounced, nubby texture and matte finish. The monolithic low, wide silhouette unites seat and backrest into a cohesive whole, supported by two visible aluminum feet that introduce a subtle industrial accent to the soft form.
