The Alky lounge chair, designed by Giancarlo Piretti for Anonima Castelli, exemplifies Italian design from the late 1960s. This version in 'autunno' velvet features a uniform, warm matte orange upholstery that envelops the entire form. The seat and backrest create a continuous, gently curved surface with wide and low proportions. Integrated legs are finished with polished aluminum, introducing a subtle contrast and highlighting precise detailing. The construction is seamless, with smooth transitions and discreet stitching that follows the chair’s contours.
