The Klepsydra chair, designed by Krystian Kowalski for 366 Concept, is a contemporary interpretation of Teresa Kruszewska’s 1960s modernist vision. The construction features repeating elements of oak veneer in a warm, matte brown, bent into organic curves and narrowed at the waist in a distinctive hourglass shape. The seat is made from hand-woven natural rattan in a light beige tone, providing flexibility and a subtle tactile texture. Symmetry defines the design, with a fluid backrest merging into the armrests and wide, flat legs splaying at the base. The chair displays precise, visible joints and a matte finish that highlights the authenticity of the materials. Dimensions: height 72 cm, width 54.5 cm, depth 51.5 cm, seat height 45 cm, armrest height 70–72 cm, weight 5.5 kg. The chair’s form articulates a dialogue between function and sculptural simplicity.
