The ASTRO wall lamp, designed by Marta Foit for Thoro, is a wall-mounted fixture characterized by minimalist construction—a central cylinder in matte olive-green steel, closed with a smooth, round front. The lamp is surrounded by a transparent plexiglass disc that serves as a light diffuser and gives the form a sense of visual lightness. The matte metal contrasts with the gloss of the plexiglass, and the precise, seamless joints emphasize the clarity of the design. With proportions of 28 cm in diameter, 8.5 cm in height, and 28 cm in depth, the lamp suits both compact and spacious interiors. The total weight is 0.5 kg. Materials: steel and plexiglass. The lamp is produced in Poland.ASTRO communicates a calm restraint—geometric logic and the absence of unnecessary details evoke the spirit of Scandinavian minimalism.
